A great tribute to a legendary player! The Alex Lifeson Les Paul Axcess offers some unique features not available in other guitars. This guitar combines classic Les Paul tone and construction with modern feel and playability. The body is made of one piece mahogany and features a solid, carved, bookmatched flame maple top. Some gorgeous figure on this example. The 24.75 inch scale quartersawn mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays. The neck joint is contoured for easy access to the highest frets. A 496R at the neck and a 498T humbucker in the bridge team up for big tone. A push/pull pot expands your tonal palette. A Graph Tech Floyd Rose trem with Ghost piezo saddles deliver stable divebomb action along with acoustic tones. The finish is a gorgeous Ryal Crimson lacquer that really accentuates the inherent beauty of the wood. A gorgeous, versatile and quite unique guitar that can do it all!This guitar plays Extremely well and sounds great. Built in the Custom Shop, it was constructed of the best materials and shows Sublime workmanship. The frets are dressed from the factory with a PLEK machine for excellent action and consistent playability. The pickups deliver a variety of tones. Everything works as it should. This is a solid used guitar in Mint condition. It has seen very Minor use and shows only the very lightest of playwear which is evident with some very minor Surface Pick Swirling, Under Light. Comes in original case with cert.If you need the tone that only a Les Paul can deliver AND the divebombing pyrotechnics of a genuine Floyd Rose, this guitar could be for you.
