Please double box item including its original packaging (including all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Products in like new condition will receive an exchange or refund for the full merchandise value. On defective items, we will gladly pay the shipping charges to return it to us. Return And Exchange Exceptions: No returns or exchanges on computers, Apple products, CD or DVD duplicators, clothing, lamps, bulbs, opened effects juice, gels, videos, cartridges, styluses, carpet, LPs, CDs, bulk-cable, blank cassettes and CDs, slipmats, software, microphones, headphones, mouth pieces or any other expendable supplies.
