Gibson only made these guitars for a couple of years, from 2001 to 2002 (i think), and were different from the juniors in that they had a maple cap over the mahogany, like a Les Paul, but flat, not carved.They came in two colour finishes: cherry and lemon, both with AA grade figured, flat maple tops.This guitar has a very nice flame maple top with nitro finish. Its sounds fantastic, and is a bit more dynamic and present in its tone than a straight Junior, due to the maple cap.Hardware is gold coloured, pickups are the standard Gibson 498T and 490R, which sound killer in this guitar and are very well balanced.Overall, the guitar is in very good condition with only two blemishes, one on each edge of upper arch and lower horn (see pics).This is a different Les Paul from the usual run of the mill, and is an exceptional guitar.Comes with original brown hardshell Gibson case.Im sorry to see it go, but I need to fund another purchase, and that is the sole reason in letting it go.Please ask any questions.You can also try it out if you'd like.Please check out my other items and gear,Cheers, Paul.PS: I'll courier the guitar at buyers expense anywhere in Oz, cheers.Guitar is advertised elsewhere too.
