Here we have a used 2015 True Historic '58 Les Paul in a cool Vintage Dark Burst finish over a maple top, in overall excellent condition minus the intention aging done by the Custom Shop. The double carved Maple top is mated to the Mahogany back with hide glue for a tone and sustain that has to be heard to be believed. The Mahogany neck is topped with a Rosewood fingerboard that features hand-rolled binding to get this guitar as close to original specifications as possible. All the small details from the Top Hat control knobs, to the authentically shaded plastics, to the classic Les Paul peghead veneer have been carefully recreated. The thin Vintage Cherry Sunburst nitrocellulose lacquer finish has been hand-aged by the Custom Shop's master luthiers.
