Here's a Fender Custom Shop '57 Stratocaster in Sherwood Green Metallic Closet Classic finish. The nitrocellulose finish is nicely checked all over the body from the factory, and I put some buckle marks on the back. All of the finish checking, and the two wear marks on the neck are from the factory. There is very little wear otherwise, and the frets are near perfect. I have a light touch.
The neck is a very fast and comfortable 56 soft v shape with tall 6105 frets, and a flatter 9.5 fingerboard radius. I've got it set up with 11-49 d'addario, and super low action. I put all 5 springs in the trem block, and screwed it down to be more like a hard tail. The pickups have been upgraded to a set of Klein Epic 57's, and the tone capacitor changed to a Luxe Paper in oil.
This guitar very is resonant, and super playable.
