Very Rare '52 Reissue Fender Japan R-Serial CIJ (2004) Ash/Maple Telecaster Here's another killer Fender Japan '52 RI 'Micawber' Natural Ash Telecaster. She's a 2nd run CIJ R-Seriel (2004). They don't come up very often so I try to grab them when I can as they are pure quality. There were never exported from Japan, you've really gotta hunt 'em down over there. Both runs they were made in very small numbers. This one is a beaut with some really nice subtle Ash grain all over the body. It looks factory correct to me with its single-ply black scratchplate, 6 saddles, Fender stamped neck plate, solid machined bridge & Gotoh tuners. She's got her awesome sounding factory fitted Dragster in the neck and traditional TL vintage in the bridge. No issues at all. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine and while there is a bit of wear to the frets they've got ages left in them. She comes with her gig bag. All my guitars are shipped in padded purpose designed tough durable boxes. The guitar will reach you in perfect condition. Message for overseas shipping rates if outside UK/EU.
