Hi, up for sale is a true Vintage 1965 Guild Starfire IV all original and in near perfect condition. This is a very rare neck and body mismatch vesion.. the body says 66 but the pickguard setup yells 65 and the neck serial is saying it's a starfire V. This guitar was forgotten in a friend's closet for many years and now, its up for grabs. The finish is a 9 out 10 with very very minor light surface scuffs and all the electronics are working at a 100%. The Bridge pickup is at 7.11K and the neck is at 7.21K and they sound truly unique with allot of tone and bite. The action is good, the frets have never been refretted and I don't see the need for it. It comes with the original mini instruction paper, the case key, the original 1965 price tags and the original hard shell case. This guitar is a gem for any collector or musician wanting to catch a part of real american history.
