Correct color matched to the old school color Leo insisted on the boys on the line to make for him as legend as I heard it was that Leo went to lunch near the shop and walked past a hardware store and saw a Paisley wallpaper that caught his keen eye and got some as sort of a joke and came back to the shop after lunch and tossed the paper down on the work bench to the guys and said to " make a guitar out of this stuff " Hug?... but its wallpaper.. yes we have to use wall paler paste .. I know ... get started and so they did threw trial & error came up with what we know as the original Pink Paisley Stratocaster offering is a true throwback in the day in somewhere 1969 California... Here is a great version of the original.. and will make an outstanding example...FOR YOU THIS IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED unlike the the Reissues from " F#nd#@ " Japan made which uses a water transfer decal method.. NOT OURs Our's are old school correct in detail and is as simply as close as it gets without a time machine. ***** Beyond what you see here WE CAN additionally take this body threw our Relic finish with golding edges etc checking and aged honey ambering as part of our aging process... We can also age parts..Necks too and can finish turn key for you by order... if interested in more please inquire: thank you for your interest Joe.

this is nothing like the F- photo finish decal as on the F - Japanese reissuesYES the WALLPAPER IS EVEN APPLIED THE OLD SCHOOL WAY WITH WALLPAPER PASTE! OK well now I know why Big " F " USA all but Discontinued making these Old school Paisleys They take a lot longer to make, about 4 times as long as a standard sunburst is what I find and on top of that way too much materials are needed to get the job done right, the long and short of it is they are expensive in time & labor both This is why "F" only makes the Paisley available nowdays by the BIG BUCKs master built custom shop line and charge upwards of $ 4-7500k for them they are not EZ nor Cheap by any means again this is no waterslide transfer of a paisley pattern This is done correctly to OLD SCHOOL Original Specifications and you can tell just by looking Then the real work begins For me its Labor of LOVE of The classic 69 Paisley They do take time to make no doubt so be prepared to wait- on average 2 weeks or sobut could take a little longerfor your custom made body order Our Turn Key Complete 69 Paisley Strat guitar starts at $2350-3300at JVGuitars
