Original 1980 Gibson Les Paul Standard Gold Top with the desirable Tim Shaw Humbucking pickups. Unlike many this is not a converted Les Paul Deluxe but a rare factory Standard model with full size pickups and Standard truss rod cover. Ultra rare to begin with and even rarer in this colour with a gorgeous dark magogany body, carved maple too, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and original chrome hardware. Big sound and tone for days. The guitar has been lightly played and the original frets are still in excellent condition. No repairs or issues. Low slinky action and a perfect neck angle on this one. Original hard shell case and case key included. A real killer guitar.
