You are bidding on a 2015 Fender Custom Shop Proto NOS Stratocaster in Aged Lake Placid Blue. The guitar features a hand picked light ash body with a nicely figured Birdseye neck and large headstock. The neck and middle pick ups are Texas specials with a fat 60's pick up for the bridge. The guitar also comes with Sperzel locking tuners and a contoured neck heal. The guitar is finished with a stunning gloss Urethane - An all around great looking and playing instrument! Please allow 3 days for me to ship. This allows me time to set up the guitar the way you like it. I do many set ups so please be patient. It will be worth the 3 day extra waiting period. I will gladly restring with your choice of the following: for electrics 9,10 or 11 gauge nickel string and for acoustic an extra light or light Bright bronze or Phosphor bronze set. This Guitar is an unplayed instrument purchased from dealer overstock. Many of these instruments have never been removed from original packaging except for pics and set up. Factory warranties do not apply, However, I offer a 14 day return policy and I thoroughly inspect and set up each instrument I sell which is actually something the original warranty does not cover. I take great pride in the items I sell and want all my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Each instrument goes through a thorough inspection and setup including: Fret leveling, crowning and polish, neck adjust, action adjust, intonation, cutting of nut grooves, fingerboard oil and perhaps more depending on the type of instrument purchased. I have been in the music industry in all aspects from sales, service, manufacturing, etc. A set up of this nature can easily cost over $100, but you get it free from buying from Sparky.
