VINTAGE 1982 FENDER JV STRATOCASTER JV03620 SERIAL #.I never intended to let this one go but hard times force the sale. I'm the 2nd owner, I got it from a man who was in Japan in the service where he got it new. He had changed the tuners to locking at some point and I put on new vintage style Klusen Deluxe. It has the original PU's which I think are "gray bobbin" but I'm not an expert on that (They do sound better than any I've had, almost like a grand piano! I added a hand tooled leather pickguard ($110.00) but it also comes with the original black one. I put in 250K Pots and a vintage new old stock Fender 5 way switch but I'm pretty sure the ones in the other guard are from this guitar. Frets are like new, neck was very lightly sanded but I don't think its thru the finish to the wood. 1 small nick on bottom edge by the strap knob. I got a great set-up and forgot to get a photo of the neck date but I'm sure it was 1st 1/4 of 82'. No case but it will come in a Fender gigbag...........In most cases shipping will be what is shown even if its a little more or less,but in some
cases such as oversized items,what I list is only a guess.Shipping will be determined by size
weight and distance from 48009
