Up for sale I have a 2008 U.S.A. Gibson Tobacco burst "Slash" signature series Les Paul in almost new condition. This guitar was custom ordered from Gibson directly by a customer then they decided they did not want it after all so I purchased it. It comes with the original hard shell case with the slash logo on front. The case is in almost pristine condition as is the guitar. The guitar comes with a Triple-A flamed book matched top, bound to a solid mahogany body with a beautiful cream binding on the body and neck. Mother of Pearl "Gibson" headstock inlay. There exists no repairs or breaks or damage, no major dings dents or buckle rash, some very very slight swirls/hazing in the clear coat on the back only when held in specific light conditions, nothing that I could get in the pictures. A slight discoloration right at the neck heal from hanging on a guitar hanger. ( the color is a little darker ). I tried showing it in a picture, it was very difficult to get that to show up. In superb condition , almost mint, a solid 9.5/10. very fine light scratches on the tops of the PUPS, again, almost un-noticeable. I have played this guitar les than a dozen times in 8 years...she's just too pretty, but as Joe Bonamassa recently stated ...guitars are meant to be played and not just looked at. He's right!!This is a true collectors and players guitar, for the serious musician or a Gibson collector. I have owned many Les Paul guitars over the years and this one is one of the sweetest sounding and playing. Great tone and action with a beautiful and fast neck definetly NOT a baseball bat here. ZERO fret wear.
