Ibanez JS90HAM Story The Ibanez JS90HAM reached the legend status as the most iconic JS guitar ever made. It was a model made in 1998 in honor of the 90th anniversary of Hoshino Gakki, the parent company of Ibanez founded in 1908 in Nagoya (Japan), as was its counterparts the JPM90HAM (John Petrucci), JEM90HAM (Steve Vai) and PGM90HAM (Paul Gilbert). Limited to 352 guitars worldwide, the color Blue/Purple/Green Flip Flop of this guitar changed from each angle you viewed it from. Another peculiarity was that the JS90HAM was also the only JS guitar to have a fretboard made of ebony. This part of the JS series neck is usually in rosewood. The guitar featured DiMarzio pickups are a FRED and a PAF Pro with a chrome finish.
