It is all Original and Comes with the ESP Original Hard Case. The only thing that keeps it from being mint are a couple of Very Small Clear Coat Pings. See close up Photo. I would Rate this Guitar a 9 out of 10. Great Graphic and Nice Low Action and Straight Neck. It is a great Rock and Metal Guitar. Fast Neck and Cool Skull inlays on the Fretboard. The Jumbo Frets allow for Huge Bends and fast playing. The ESP Custom Shop puts out Professional Grade guitars and the quality is amazing.
