Tokai Talbo A-148SH-MBL vintage series aluminium cast body guitar with aftermarket tweed hard case, made in Japan. Condition is new with plastic film still attached! Has been unboxed and tested but still in mint condition. No tremolo arm included. From the Jade warehouse which is the official Australian distributor of Tokai guitars, it's the finest example of a gloss-finish Talbo you will find in Aus. TALBO (Tokai ALuminium BOdy) made with high quality AC-4B Japanese aluminium alloy, finished in midnight blue gloss 62.9cm scale length, 43mm nut width Maple bolt-on neck, thin "C" profile Rosewood fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets STN-50 tremolo bridge (synchronised trem) S/S/H pickups with 5-way selector switch Fretz tweed hard case included Truly a treat to play. The tonal variation of the Tokai Talbo is outstanding, delivering a beautiful throaty, spanky sound reminiscent of a strat with a bit more punch.Weighing in at 4kg, it's a nice solid feeling instrument that resonates freely and loudly even when unplugged.The body design is two teardrop shapes superimposed to create a bi-level sculptured double cutaway, and the glossy thin "C" profile neck is quick and comfortable, attached with four bolts at a scalloped contoured easy-access joint.The headstock features a routed pocket with a sturdy aluminium strip securing the machine heads.
