This is a great tele!! I have owned many MIJ Fenders. Very well built, especially the older Made In Japan models. This one has had a few mods-pickups are Tom Anderson pus. They sound outstanding. Neck pu is a stacked humbucker (guitar was cleanly routed to accommodate the stacked neck pu or a regular humbucker pu-could make a great Andy Sommers reissue tele as well). It can be used as a single pu or humbucker-great tone in both positions. Pickguard had been changed to a cool looking green guard. Some wiring changes with the Anderson pus. The guitar has a few dings, normal stuff with a guitar that has been played. No damage from abuse! Some fret wear but plays fine as is. All in all, a super player with great tone!!!Guitar is listed elsewhere and therefore this sale can end anytime if the guitar sells. It includes a hardshell case in poor condition but it works. Will be shipped by insured mail.
