This is a 2009 Gibson SG Carved Top with a true AAA- grade matchbook maple top over mahogany body much like a Les Paul. High-gloss Ocean Blue finish, with a slight burst finish around the edge. Gibson's states that this was a limited run series of only 350., making it the ideal acquisition for both players and collectors alike.The pickups are burstbucker Pros true to the original PAFs- which supply a more open sound. The neck pickup is wound slightly less & the bridge pickup is slightly overwound for increased output.I could go on & on about all the extraordinary features, but I won't. This guitar was purchase new by me from an authorized dealer not played other than a few strums & occasion tuning. It has never left my home. looks new with all the original tags and case. It also come with the certificate of authenticity ,no dings or scratches. In 2009 this guitar had a msrp of $4442.
