This is a 2009 Les Paul Axcess.  I am the original owner. It's been played out twice, otherwise it's been babied in my home studio.  I am selling my electric stuff and getting ready for a move, this is the one that's hard for me to part with.  It's in great shape, comes with OHSC, has some minor dings and wear, check the pictures - but there are three things that you need to know:
1. The bridge pickup is a Burstbucker 3 NOT the stock BB2 that came with it.  The 2 blew six months in and was warrantee replaced with a BB3 (that's all they had at the time), so it's got a little more dirt on the PAF sound.  Burstbuckers are amazing, and Gibson in their lunacy does't push them anymore, the new Axcess's have way overdriven 490 series pickups going on.  What are they thinking?2. There is a small chip in the neck binding at the 13-ish fret. I never find it because it has no impact on playability for me. One of the pictures shows it.3. There is some user wear around the bridge area on the Floyd Rose. Typical, because I have played it a lot.Otherwise, it's the second year they made these, I believe, so before Lifeson signed up and before they started throwing the piezo in the bridges -  good thing in my opinion. Coil split is amazing, I got rid of my Strats when I got this because the Gibson records full and not thin like a Fender.  I've used this on jazz, punk, rock and americana recordings as my main axe and it always comes through.  It's a beauty, good luck.
