What makes this guitar special: A fantastic player with a classic vibe in a rare finish for a 2003 model. This piece is super clean and has been kept in great condition, with very modest wear for its age. The slim tapered neck is comfortable as can be, and will have you playing for hours. This piece comes professionally setup by our in-house luthier with fresh strings and low action, so it plays and sounds terrific!Cosmetic condition: Very good shape for its age-a few surface scratches and scuffs are present, along with some pickwear on the guard and some light oxidation on the hardware. There is some wear in the clear coat of the finish on the back where the guitar would rest against the body, and some light fret wear.Body: Double bound maple body in tobacco sunburst finish with dual f holes and five-ply black pickguard. Tune-O-Matic bridge and chrome stopbar tailpiece.Weight: 8lb, 6.6ozNeck: Slim tapered mahogany neck with black side dots and mother-of-pearl dot inlays. Double bound rosewood fingerboard is in terrific shape and showcases plenty of lovely variegation. 1 11/16” nut width, and 24 3/4" scale length. Headstock sports a black overlay with pearloid Gibson logo and crown, along with chrome-sealed Grover Rotomatic tuners in perfect working condition. Neck is straight and plays fantastic up and down the length of the fretboard.Electronics: Dual Gibson USA humbuckers (Bridge-7.95K ohms, Neck-7.82K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and black tophat knobs, 2x tone, 2x volume.Case: Original hard shell case included.
