1974 Gibson Les Paul 20th Anniversary Guitar Black Beauty Mod W/ Hardshell Case

1974 Gibson 20th Anniversary Les paul with middle pickup added to mimmic the infamous "Black Beauty" The middle cavity was added sometime in the early 80s. At one point the guitar had a head stock crack but NOT a full break. There is some over spray on the back of the head stock once the repair was done and it appears that the serial number was reapplied. All the pots date to 1974. The guitar has been modded for individual volume control in each pickup similar to Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul 57 Mickey Baker signature. The Previous owner has lightly carved Les Paul (see pictures) onto the top of the guitar between the bridge and the strap button. Previous owner stated that it was signed by Les Paul and to preserve the signature lightly etched it into the guitar. This is a players grade vintage Les Paul with tons of vibe and a fraction of the price! Although there is still some life in the frets, we recommend a re-fret down the road.
