Up for sale is my Gibson Custom Shop VOS 1960 Les Paul Special Double Cut Reissue in Cherry. I believe the guitar to be a 2010 model made in Memphis, USA. It comes with it's black/pink Custom Shop hard shell case. The case has its matching key and is filled with all manner of hanging tags and candy, including the certificate of authenticity booklet. The guitar itself is in very good shape considering it has been used fairly regularly. The nitrocellulose finish has aged nicely as has the nickel tailpiece/bridge. There is a few very light scratches in the lacquer but only noticeable if you know where they are and are purposely looking for them. The only thing I think that lets the guitar down is that the two bridge posts show slight screwdriver marks in the grooves. I was going to replace them but never got round to it. The guitar plays great, it's currently set up with 10s but is probably due a restring. The P90s sound amazing especially through a cranked valve amp. Hiding under the backplate are a pair of oil filled bumblebee capacitors for a wide variety of tones. Truss rod is straight and everything is structurally and electrically sound. Frets have minimal wear. If I had to rate this guitar I would give it a 9.5/10. Open to sensible offers, not in a hurry to sell this one, just testing the water.
