Here's a rare Mustang - a 1978 model in transparent red finish over ash body. This was a color only used for a couple of years and typically reserved for the higher end models like the Stratocaster. Rare maple fretboard - most Mustangs have a rosewood board. A very unique look.Overall condition is very nice. Plays and sounds great with no issues. No trem bar is included. Fretboard and back of neck have been deglossed for easier playability.Includes the original hardshell case pictured.
