Gibson SG Standard late 60s. All Original. VGC, Original Case A beautiful example of this classic Gibson guitar. Serial number 911927, no "made in USA" so could suggest 1968 but features more like 1969 or perhaps early 1970 before "made in USA" used. All original and un-molested with original case. Typical late 60s Gibson SG features: lyre vibrola, slim taper neck, plastic bridge saddles, Gibson deluxe tuners. The condition is exceptionally good for a guitar of this age. It has had some use but has clearly been well looked after. There are no breaks or repairs. There are some superficial marks (see pictures) and buckle rash to rear. The neck is nice and straight and plays very well, the frets are dressed flatter, typical of guitars of this period. The original case is still very sound and even has the original neck strap intact. A very nice collector grade Gibson from the classic era.
