She just celebrated her 12th birthday and is in excellent condition. There is a mild ding on the back edge near the lower strap peg, some mild pick hazing below the treble strings and very light surface scratches, which can only be seen with direct light. The guitar really is exceptionally clean for being 12 years old. The neck is straight, with no cracks or repairs... the frets are excellent, with plenty of life ahead of them... and the sound is sweet! Also included is the original PRS hard shell case, and even includes a piece of case candy, case keys and the adjustment tools, just as shown in the last picture!
