My husband bought this about 20 years ago. We are cleaning out and listing some instruments. Our Family "Bistodeau Family Band" played together for 10 years and recorded 3 cds. This banjo has lain under the bed for all those years. It was never played. Its in original condition. Beautiful Birds eye maple on the rim. Please look at photes. This is not a cheaply made instrument. If you are looking to buy vintage this is a very nice instrument Thanks for looking
