Please note all our guitars are in stock at time of listing and are available to try by appointment prior to purchasing. Original 1999 Fender Custom Shop Relic 56 Stratocaster with a see through Mary kay Blonde over ash finish and a figured birdseye maple neck. These early made relics are some of the best Fender have made using choice woods and a careful attention to the relic work that was championed by Vince Cunetto and closely emulated during the period that this guitar was built. A very comfy full neck profile with a super slinky silky feel and a great playing and sounding guitar. I always say that but all my guitars are great guitars. I'm fussy about what I stock and only buy and sell great guitars. This one lost it's certificate at some point in the last 17 years but a replacement was obtained from The Fender Custom Shop and is included along with the receipt for the certificate. Deep red plush lined tweed case and the extra trem springs/trem arm included along with a short 'Dave Gilmour' trem arm as an added extra and no charge.
