Up for sale is a used SP-12 Turbo Sampler/Sequencer formerly owned by Hip Hop & R&B super producer Ty Fyffe. This unit is in great working order all knobs and faders in tact. It is autographed by Ty Fyffe, veteran engineer Franklin Grant, and TV Producer and personality Sita Lewis (daughter of the late Butch Lewis of Muhammed Ali Thriller in Manilla fame). The unit has been kept behind the glass in my vocal booth free of dust and abuse for the last 7 years (I own Ty's former studio location in West Hempstead, NY). As I make some upgrades to my studio I thought it would be a great idea to share this with an inspired, producer who knows the value of this piece and will put it to good use. Comes with power cable. Disk drive is NOT included.That said contemporary music producers mostly used the unit for the swing of the sequencer, which has its own unique character. The SP-12 does also have a distinct "crunchy" sound when used for sampling. Pick your poison and happy hunting!
