Up for auction a vintage Japan Electra Super Rock model 2252 guitar. Built in the famous Matsumoku plant that produced so many great Electra, Aria and early Epiphone guitars. As most guitars of this age, some of the gold is faded but the guitar is extremely clean with low action and great sounding electronics. I took many pics of the guitar so you can see the condition. The multiple binding work is outstanding and a five piece maple neck with a nice Rosewood board is fast and comfortable. The case is the original that you also saw with Aria guitars of that period. It is serviceable and all latches work but some tolex and the aluminum trim needs to be glued back in place.  This is a prime example of top quality Japanese guitar during the heyday of the Matsumoku  and Fugi Gen production.  U.
