Yamaha model YOB-441 (no "M" or "P", meaning this is the all-grenadilla version with no plastic upper joint or plastic insert.) This is also the Duet+ line, which is new and improved over non-Duet 441's in various ways I don't quite understand, but of which Yamaha is quite proud. S/n 035XXX. Condition is excellent, tenon corks in good condition, cork a bladder pads look almost new, little to no wear to the key plating. Just back from the tech yesterday where it was gone over and completely adjusted. This is an excellent oboe for your advanced student, and with proper oiling and care, an investment which will last into college and beyond. List price is $5,226, and they sell new at the big on-line place for $3,389.99. So . . . get the cheapest one on eBay, save more than a thousand dollars, and snatch this one up for $2,395 before it's gone! Buy with confidence!
