Up for sale is a great sounding and good playing 1966 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman. This one has seen some play, but overall is in good conditions. The frets are low, but still very very playable, no problems with fretting out. The binding has a lot of chips and cracks that are common on Gretsch guitars this old. Otherwise the electronics are all working and the tuning machines hold solid. The hardware was originally gold, but over time has faded. Also the mute for the strings sometimes sticks and has to be manually pushed back down. Please keep in mind that although this guitar plays and sounds great, it is a 50 year old instrument and does show signs of play. Please message with any questions before purchase.
