This is my beautiful, rare PRS Special 22 in lovely red-burst finish under the 10 top and comes complete with original hard case and all tags, tools etc. The guitar is in immaculate condition, sounds wonderful and is ready to be played. I bought this from Coda Music earlier this year and have treat it like a baby during the time, such that you’ll struggle to find a better example Essentially a Custom 22 with a factory fitted Lindy Fralin single coil, these are relatively scarce, and along with the DGT surely one of the most versatile PRS guitars available. This is the third one of these I've had, and I’m sure to regret selling this as much I did the others, but the perpetual need for more toys never stops. The guitar features two Swamp Ash Special humbuckers, both tappable via the push/pull tone pot, and the lovely Lindy Fralin single coil sandwiched between, collectively offering all manner of Les Paul and Strat tones in the one guitar. In exceptional unmarked condition with just a few light swirls on the back; the case has one or two superficial scuffs from being transported around, but nothing of any significance at all Wide Thin neck (which really isn't nearly as wide or thin as the name suggests - totally suits the guitar) and the slickest playing, best neck I've ever played with great action and perfectly intonated through its entire range. 2009 model with outline bird inlays, quite a guitar Loads of photos here – Guitar also advertised here – I’ve got the guitar set up presently with a low action and 10 gauge strings, and it stays in tune wonderfully thanks to the beautifully engineered PRS tremolo bridge and Phase 3 locking machineheads If you are on the hunt for a Custom 22 or similar, you probably won’t need me to explain what great value this is compared to most used PRSs currently on the market – this is a proper, full fat USA Core model Paul Reed Smith guitar with an optional extra 10 top under that exquisite finish *solid mahogany body with carved flamed maple 10 top and ‘faux’ binding *wide thin neck profile with rosewood fretboard & outline bird inlays *PRS tremolo bridge *2 Swamp Ash Special humbucker pickups and 1 Lindy Fralin single coil *5 way pickup selector switch *volume & tone with push/pull tone pot coil tapping both humbuckers If you need to know anymore about the guitar, or would like further photos etc, please do let me know.
