For Customers in US, we will replace defective item within 30 days of purchase. We will not charge shipping cost on the replacement unit going back out to customer. For Customer outside US, we still replace the defective item for you within 30 days. However, you will be responsible for both shipping the item back to us and shipping cost for the replacement unit back to you. If a refund is due to customer mistake or "change mind" on the order, we will accept a return for refund if all of the following conditions met:1) Item is not open yet, it has to be brand new.
2) Return within 14 days (please contact us for RMA first)
3) Customer agree to pay 15% restocking fee.
