1987 Gibson F-5L Fern Mandolin signed by Steve Carlson, and supposedly #7 off the line after the Gibson/Flatiron acquisition. I have no paperwork, but it fits the timeline. In very good to excellent condition, played but not abused. Frets are like new. It has a few light scratches, swirls, and light pings as to be expected from normal wear. 3 very minor screw holes repaired and touched up (back of headstock and bottom side of neck) No cracks or structural issues. Recently setup, easy to play, and it has a nice seasoned, woody, and balanced voice.  It also comes with the it's Gibson case in good usable condition and all latches work.
