This listing is for a 2012 Les Paul Studio that I had completely professionally refinished. The original guitar had a great 'wood' tone but I could not warm up to the chocolate brown finish or the factory electronics.
I gutted the guitar and sent it off to Michael Jordan at Rosser Guitars in NC. He stripped it completely and refinished it in a thin nitro lemon/honey. It has a faded finish, semi gloss. The bridge was replaced with a wrap around Schaller, which is brushed stainless.  The sustain is wonderful.
The pickups are Scatterbrane Jazzbranes. They have worn stainless covers that match up with the bridge. The wiring harness, switch, tip, pots and Vitamin Q caps are all from ECP.
It has locking Grover tuners and Dunlop straplocks.
The cream plastics are all new as well. I presently have the pickguard off, but it is included in the sale. The gold tophats (volume/tone knobs) are new as well. I have included pictures of it on and off. All parts listed here were new when installed this year.
This sale includes the original hardshell case as well.
This guitar has not been played out since refinished. Kept in smoke free environment.
There are no issues with this guitar at all. It weighs in just over 8lbs. It is a very smooth player and the pickups are very responsive to attack and volume. I am on the fence about selling these pickups as Rod stopped making them over a year ago.
If you have any questions please ask. I have over $1300 in the refinish and parts...this does not include the original cost of the guitar.
