Label - Copy of Antonius Stradivarius, Anno 1718, Made By Herman Geipel, Marmeaukirchen, Saxony. Aug 1928 This was my Great Grandfather's violin, he used it as a square dance caller. It does have some blemishes that show in the pictures. A luthier reset the post and repaired the blemishes. He also installed the inlaid tailpiece and tuners on both ends at my request.
