Built in the USA by the Fender Custom Shop, these guitars are excellent quality. The body is ash for a bright, airy tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. Check out the nice figured maple on the neck! The guitar Features a A trio of Seymour Duncun "Quarter Pounder" pickups (Ritchie Blackmore) which have been swapped for the standard Noiseless pick-ups.A costly Upgrade. Further upgrades see the guitar with an S1 Switch for more tonal options. Please note all original parts are included if the buyer wishes to revert the guitar back to the original factory condition. Locking Sperzel tuners and a 2 point trem deliver awesome performance. The finish is a classic Black with a gold anodized pickguard for a killer look. A great Strat for the gigging or recording musician!These guitars are made to be played. The big frets and flat radius make bends a breeze. The neck is straight and the action is low. The pickups sound Huge and everything works as it should. A great guitar. This is a nice used guitar. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratches and Light playwear. Very well taken care of. Comes in original hardshell case with cert and other Case Candy.There's not much you can do to make a Strat better but these Classic Players really are made to perform. Modern playability and tone in a classic wrapper. A new Custom Classic will cost you £2099.00 back in 2000. Save big time on this one!
