It's about time Fender re-issued the classic Pro Stratocaster. It was a killer when it debuted and this Custom Shop version is as good as it gets. It's great top to bottom but this neck... oh my this neck! The profile is just perfect and the fretwork is impeccable so it plays like butter. You won't want to let it go. 8.1 lbs. The Fender Stratocaster include a select alder body, modern C-shaped maple neck with 12" radius round-laminated fingerboard (as noted, maple or rosewood) and 22 medium jumbo frets. Three Samarium Cobalt Noiseless Stratocaster pickups, five-way switching and Greasebucket tone circuit, new deluxe two-point synchronized tremolo bridge with polished stainless steel saddles and block, Sperzel Trim-Lok staggered tuners, LSR roller nut, contoured heel for easier access to upper frets and a three-ply parchment pickguard.
