This is an original 1968 fender Telecaster, with a Factory Bigsby Vibrato, older refinish in a Dakota red, with a very nice rosewood fretboard with no skunk stripe, as done in 1968 , this is a very nice Medium C profile, very fast with low action set up just rigt ,stays in tune all night long , with just the right amount of girth. This is a very resonant guitar ,it's a combonation of the good neck, tight neck joint and the 50 year old wood . The replacement parts on this guitar, are, bridge pickup changed to a fender custom shop,the original died and I dont have it, 2 pots dated to 1986, and that's all I can think of, the pick guard has 2 small holes drilled at the neck pickup, for adjustment , why I know not, but it never bothered me,. This guitar sounds amazing with the 50 year old wood , a sound you can not get on a new one, or a custom shop for that matter, so get this at the price of a custom shop telecaster, you will not be disappointed . come's with a fender HSC. non original. and the original pots and case candy,Lower 48 please, or we can talk about shipping elsewhere.
