What makes this guitar special: These Tokai lawsuit guitars are well-known to be of outstanding build quality, and this piece is no exception. This is one of the rare earlier models...before they were forced to change the headstock logo. It has terrific fit and finish and excellent playability, with stellar tone and superb neck feel…this piece plays as sounds almost as nice as an A/V Reissue, at about a third of the price. It comes professionally inspected and setup by one of our top-notch in house luthiers, and will arrive ready to play right out of the case.Cosmetic condition: Great condition for its age, with all the expected playwear for a 35 year old instrument-various nicks, dings, scuffs, chips, and scuffs, with some buckle rash and light fret wear.Body: Contoured solid alder body in tobacco sunburst finish with 3-ply white pickguard and white tremolo cover. Six screw tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles.Weight: 7 lb, 9 ozNeck: C shaped maple neck with white side dots and pearl dot inlays. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.Electronics: Triple single coils (Neck-5.92K ohms, Middle-6.15K ohms, Bridge-6.19K ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and aged white skirted knobs, 1x volume, 2x tone.Case: Hard shell case included.
