Great River 8 channel mic pre. I bought this unit in 2006 and spoke with Dan Kennedy (founder of Great River) who told me that he made 2 or 3 of these units. The unit is 2 rackspaces tall and has 8 mic pres. These are the same mic pres as his first edition mic pres (MP-2 or MP-4). Transformers on the inputs, but not on the outputs. They are discrete. They sound great. Each channel has 48V, phase reverse and pad. Volume pots are stepped. Four of the channels have a di. There is an external power supply. The unit has never had any problems and works 100%. The unit is in Los Angeles.
