Gretsch 6120 Chet Atkins 1959 With pride we welcome into our shop, a small piece out of the vintage Gretsch Treasure trove, an all original 1959 Gretsch 6120 Chet Atkins. And this is not just any old 6120 either, it's one out of the #299xxx batch (see Edward Ball's "The Gretsch 6120" book) and features the most sought after 2,75" body depth, black enamel Bigsby and trestle bracing. It even comes with the original Cowboy case and the western strap! Setup/Playability/Sound is out of this world, you should look no further if you're in search for the ultimate 6120 vibe, this is it! The condition has to be described as being excellent, but really it looks absolutely gorgeous for it's age with some expected signs of use. The bridge has been "unpinned", but the pins can still be found in the case. But truly words don't do this guitar justice, just take a look at our pictures or visit our shop to see/play/hear her in real live!
