With 1982 came one of Fender's earliest era-based reissues: the '57 Reissue Stratocaster. The Strat is, of course, one of the most popular electric guitars of all time, and the Fender '57 Reissue Strat honors a landmark year in Stratocaster history. Along with the '52 Reissue Tele, the '57 Reissue Stratocaster is considered one of the more well-known of the Fender reissues. This American-made Strat has been played a lot and has some worn spots on the neck in the usual country-style chords and still plays well.  I played it at home and all the controls work fine with no scratchiness when turning knobs.  I put new strings on it (10's Ernie Ball).  I have 2 other Strats and don't need another.  I did some research on this guitar and do know that it's a Fullerton guitar.  I took the neck off to view the date to verify this. I have a YTube video of me playing this guitar here:  I'm not the best player but you can see that it plays and sounds good.  This guitar was well taken care of with very little marks or bumps and the tweed Fender case is in nice shape. Looks like a kitty scratched a spot near the handle on the case but still in nice shape.  I won't take returns on this guitar but the buyer should be happy with their purchase. I tend to believe this is a collector's guitar.  Please note the original price of $995 on the tag in the picture,  All the original paperwork is included as well.  Happy Bidding!
