I m selling my 1991 USA Strat Plus Deluxe in Rare Firestorm finish.  This hand painted finish was only applied in the Fender Corona plant during 91- 92. Rumour has it that only one person knew how to paint this finish and left Fender in 1992 so they are rare and very sought after.  I have had this guitar from new, and there are play marks, some scuffing to the rear from shirt and jeans buttons (never wore a belt) some minor dings, and the common lacquer crack near the neck pocket. This is just in the lacquer topcoat, and is common occurrence on many Strats. Having said that this is a used guitar and the price reflects its condition.
Usual Strat Plus Deluxe appointments include Sperzel locking tuners (which are brilliant) a roller nut, TBX tone control for the bridge and middle pickups, hip shot trem setter, two point tremolo with cast saddles, and a Dave Gilmour shorty trem arm (original arm lost by shop when I bought the guitar). Pickups are Fender Lace sensors as used on the Clapton strat and other artist models. Bridge is Red (Hottest output) middle Silver (Classic) and neck Blue (P90 ish). Original Fender Hard shell case is included (battered but with plenty of road mojo and still good enough to protect the guitar in shipping). Any trial welcome, any questions please ask.
