This is a floor demo that I received from a dealer. This guitar has never been owned by anyone! Rather than to bore you with all the details that really don't interest anyone, I will explain the difference between this Archtop and others at this price point. The biggest difference is that unlike most Archtops at this price point...this one has a solid spruce top. Top of the line attention to detail and can deliver the jazz, clean, or fuzzy sounds as well as any Gibson ES. This guitar is in like new condition except for a gnat size scuff on the rear of the neck, and a small blemish behind the pickup that will most likely buff out. Here are the factory specs.
