Fender 1999 Lake Placid Blue Jaguar w/ Matching Headstock CIJ P-SerialHere's a very rare factory Lake Placid Blue Fender Jaguar. It's tough to track down Jags in LPB, even in Japan. She looks awesome with the matching headstock, resonant Alder body & dense dark slab of rosewood for the fingerboard. The naturally tinted amber maple neck feels very nice to play. She also has a factory fitted mint green 3-ply pickguard. She is all stock as far as I can tell: no mods, breaks, repairs. Any little white spots you see on the body are just reflections from the overhead spotlights. Straight neck, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. No issues whatsoever either electrically on structurally. She is 17 years old & has been played so is not mint as you'd expect. However she is better than most Jags you will see from this period with very few of the little bumps and dimples you usually see on the bottom. She has been touched up in a couple of places by the previous owner, once on the headstock (pics) and once on the top curve (I tried to capture it but it doesn't really notice). Both very unobtrusive with a fairly decent colour match, but worth pointing out. All in all is a beautifully built Jag from Fender Japan. Complete with trem arm and padded gig bag. If you are looking for a rare custom colour Fender Jag you won't find a better built machine than this Japanese beauty. Please note I am not currently shipping to South America, Italy of Russia.
