This Standard Balladeer features a hand-selected, deluxe AA solid-spruce top with scalloped bracing, and Ovation’s Contour Bowl, which maximizes acoustic output and is ergonomically designed for comfort in any playing position. A cutaway offers full access to the satin-finished, 5-piece mahogany/maple neck, and a traditional center soundhole is inlaid with an oak-leaf rosette and adorned with mother-of-pearl. The Balladeer’s OP-Pro preamp and OCP-1K pickup produce uncompromising plugged-in performance.This guitar is waiting for a home in consumer hands! It is lightly stamped "used" on the back of the headstock. This designation means the guitar has a minor cosmetic blemish. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has a scratch on the side of the body near the binding in one spot and a few very light scuffs on the tip of the headstock. I have included close-up photos of the imperfections. Aside from what I have described, this guitar is in flawless condition! It still even has the factory plastic films over the tuning machine housings.This guitar has received a professional setup and is ready to play.
