While I tried to make sure all the dings were represented as well as possible this guitar is actually quite clean and in great condition, not to mention its about 27 yo.
While its listed as a 375, somewhere along the lines someone installed an active circuit with a mid boost so instead of just volume and tone it now has volume, tone and midboost which works very well giving you the option of more beefy tones or thinner Strat style tones.
I do not know what the pickups are but i'm guessing is it has the electronics of the Charvel 475 Deluxe.
Plays very well. Neck is strait. Action is very low. Trem works as it should.
Pots work great and are noise free but i have heard an occasional crackle on the volume and mid boost.
The finish crack at the neck pocket was a surprise during this posting as its really not visible when you just look at the guitar. The picture brought it out. In fact all the dings pictured look worse in the photo than they do in person.
If it bothers you please don't buy it. All I can say is it looks cosmetic to me.
The performance is not impacted by any means and theses cracks are common with Japanese bolt-ons of this design. Comes with a Gibson gigbag. Ask questions before buying. Happy to send more pics if like. I've done my best to provide a true and accurate description. If you believe this contains misinformation please fill me in. It is hard to find good info on these old Charvels. I can tell you this is no "cheap beginner guitar" and it sounds and performs fantastic. Thank you.
