Up for sale is an American made Fender Reissue Stratocaster that I bought new in about 1992. I think it’s a ’59 Reissue, and it has the rare “no skunk stripe” neck. It’s been a great guitar for having next to my amp in my smokefree, petfree home studio (never gigged), and is in amazingly excellent condition, except that I once set it down wrong on the stand, so there's a nick in the bottom of the body, as shown. I could've had it repaired, but people prefer the real relicing these days! The bright picture lightens and accentuates it, but actually you barely notice. Other than that ding, the finish is fantastic – no buckle rash or major scratches, and very light fret wear. It plays great, sounds and feels vintage! This reissue guitar has all the original cloth-style wires and other pre-CBS style pieces, but I seem to recall one pot being replaced ten years ago. It comes with the case candy and tweed hard case, as expected. Check out my other well-handled items, which I have to sell. I'm a trusted eBayer and have sold a bunch of gear to happy folks.
