On offer is a G&L SC 2 electric guitar custom built at G&L's factory in Fullerton, California in 2015. Custom touches for this particular axe include Schaller locking tuners as well as the notable absence of the whammy bar unit that is usually found on most G&Ls of this particular stripe. Essentially, this is a hardtail SC 2. You can play this thing for hours on end and it will NOT go out of tune. Two hot G&L MFD Jumbo single coil pick ups give it a nice, beefy tone and a very straight ahead layout consisting of a three way pick up selector switch, one volume knob, and one tone knob round out the package. The neck is hard-rock maple with an ebony fingerboard dressed with stainless steel medium jumbo frets. The finish is a nice, deep, dark blueburst with the usual playing wear for an instrument that has seen hours of enjoyment in a smoke free, child free environment. There are zero chips, scrapes, dings, dents, or buckle rash. This instrument has yet to play a gig, although it is an extremely gig worthy piece. Included with the sale, as pictured, is a certificate of authenticity, the build sheet, and a sweet G&L hardshell case in good condition save for a few light scuff marks. Shipping to the winning bidder will be calculated after the sale with respect to buyer preference (UPS, FedEx, overnight, three day shipping, etc) USPS is listed as the shipping service, but I am open to buyer preference. In other words, you will only pay exactly what it takes to get it to your door. Beautiful guitar, I love the hell out of it, but expensive car repairs are forcing my hand this time. Usual eBay caveats about looking long and hard at the pictures to assess the condition of this item apply, and this guitar will leave my hands well packaged, and in perfect working order.
