New Battery for Active Pickups which should last for up to 300 hours of playing time. Only activated when a cable is plugged in.This was the style of Strats that Prince played (minus the Floyd Rose tremolo) He used the same EMG H/S pickup configuration in his Strats as he did in his Cloud and Symbol guitars. According to EMG, the latest pickup configuration he used was the 85 in the bridge and the SA in the neck. You can find a Youtube video of him playing his Sonic Blue Strat similar to this one, so you can get an idea of how this could sound if you could play as good as Prince can.
The guitar has been professionally set up and the frets have been leveled and crowned. The action is perfect. It is all new, but has been tested and this thing sounds beautiful. New Condition. No dings or scratches.
Comes with gig bag, but will include a new hard case for $100 extra.
